Rental Policies
1.        Deposits:  A valid credit card number and expiration date is needed to secure your reservation.   
           A refundable
*  deposit of $50 is required on all orders and will be charged on your credit card       
           
within 48 hours of making your reservation.  Schools and Churches may be exempt from this         
           
requirement if prior arrangements are made. If unable to pay the deposit using a valid credit card
           number, 50% of the total cost of the rental will be due in the form of cash or check within 1 week   
           
of placing your reservation.  If 50% of the rental is not received within 1 week, all agreements        
           
made between Livonia Tent Rental LLC. and the customer will be considered null and void and     
           
the reservation will be canceled.  The remaining balance of the rental fee will be due when we       
           
deliver your order in your choice of cash or check.  If your deposit was made using a credit card,  
           
the remaining balance will be automatically charged using the same credit card unless otherwise   
           
specified by you.
*         You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your event date with a full refund of           
           your deposit.  Reservations canceled inside 14 days of the scheduled event will not have the        
           deposit refunded. If you cancel your reservation inside 72 hours of your event you will still be        
           charged %50 of the total rental fee.  If you refuse set-up or delivery you will be charged 50% of     
           rental fee.  Items may not be removed from your order within 14 days of your event. If available,    
           you may add items to your order at any time.
2.        Rental Agreement:  All customers are required to sign a rental agreement.  You may complete   
           the rental agreement form at the end of this page submit it to us as acknowledgment of your         
           agreement with all terms in this rental policy.  Completion and submission of this form will be          
           downloaded by Livonia Tent Rental LLC. and considered binding upon receipt of your deposit.  In
           the case of a bounced or canceled check, the customer will be responsible to reimburse us all      
           costs associated with the canceled or bounced check from our banking institution.  If paying your  
           deposit via check, you must sign that you agree to the rental policies and return with this form       
           with your check or cash to the address we will provide.
3.        Weather Policy:  Livonia Tent Rental LLC. Reserves the right to delay set-up and/or removal of  
           the rental equipment if it is unsafe to do so due to severe weather, or if a severe                            
           thunderstorm warning is present.  We will proceed with set-up or removal once the severe             
           weather has cleared.  
Important!  Our rental tents were manufactured for use as a temporary      
           structure.  The structure should not be considered safe when severe weather is present or           
           approaching or if a lightning storm is present.  If severe weather is present or approaching, we      
           recommend evacuating the structure, and that all occupants seek shelter in an appropriate           
           location until the storm/severe weather and warning has passed.  If at any time you or your           
           guests feel unsafe inside the structure for any reason, they should leave the structure                   
           immediately.
4.        Underground utilities and equipment:  We are required to drive very long steaks into the        
           ground to properly secure your tent.  It is the customers responsibility to properly mark or have     
           marked, the location of all underground utilities, sprinklers, septic fields/tanks or any other            
           underground equipment.  Livonia Tent Rental LLC., it's employees or contractors will not be held  
           responsible for any damage caused to any underground utilities or previously mentioned              
           equipment that has not been properly marked.
5.        Public property events:  Most municipalities have additional insurance requirements when         
           setting up on public property.  Some municipalities may also require a permit to be issued.  It is     
           the customers responsibility to find out these requirements, if any, and communicate that              
           information to us.
Customers are responsible for permit fees or park entry fees.

Private property events:  If setting up at a commercial type property or a property being            
           rented or leased, it is the customers responsibility to seek permission form that land owner to        
           set-up on the property.  
7.        Sod/Grass/Asphalt/Concrete:  We will not be held responsibility for any damage caused to the  
           sod, grass, asphalt or concrete.
8.        Equipment damage or abuse:  We do not hold our customers responsible for equipment           
           failure from normal use and when our equipment has been used as instructed.  However, the        
           customer is responsible for any damage caused due to abuse or misuse of our equipment while    
           in their possession.  The customer is not permitted to set-up, move or repair the rental tent (s) or  
           any item attached to it.  The customer is not permitted to attach anything to the canopy (tent) by   
           any means (tape, glue, rope etc.)  If repair or replacement of our equipment is required due to      
           misuse or abuse whether by them or anyone present at their event, we will charge their credit       
           card to either repair or replace our equipment as needed.  If a credit card was not used to             
           secure  your reservation, we will still require the fees necessary for repair or replacement of the    
           equipment in cash or check withing 7 days or your reservation.
9.        Equipment Cleaning:  We expect that our tables and chairs are returned to us in the condition   
           delivered.  Although a small amount of dirt is expected, we do require our tables and chairs are     
           at a  minimum  wiped down after the event, removing all food or foreign objects and that any spill  
           be cleaned up as quickly as possible in order to help prevent staining.  The customer will be         
           charged a $20 cleaning fee if our equipment has not been wiped down after the event.  
10.      Removal of Silly String type substances:  If silly string or a silly string type substance is           
           permitted to come in contact with any part of the rental tent, chairs or sidewalls, a $500.00            
           cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed by Livonia Tent Rental LLC. and shall be                    
           immediately due by the customer.  If, in our opinion the damage is severe enough to render the    
           unit un-rentable or permanently stained, the customer will be responsible for the complete             
           replacement of the canopy, sidewall and or chairs that have staining.  In addition, the customer     
           will be responsible for any loss in revenue until the new or cleaned (when possible) canopy,          
           sidewall(s) and chair(s) arrive.  Our reasoning for this section of the rental policy is because the   
           chemicals in silly string or silly string like substances will often cause permanent staining of our     
           canopies and sidewalls.

Tape or adhesives of any type:  Under no circumstances is tape or any other adhesive
substance permitted to be attached or stuck to the tent canopy (top) or poles at any time!  If it
is found that tape or any type of adhesive was attached or stuck to the canopy the customer
will be automatically billed $250 to their credit card plus the cost of professional repair of any
damage caused to the canopy buy application or removal of such substances.  
11.    Delivery and or Set-up policy:  
Part A.  You must be immediately reachable by phone, the evening before your scheduled                       
delivery date and also the day of until delivery and/or set-up has occurred.  If we have trouble                  
finding your requested set-up location and we are unable to reach you, we will attempt to locate               
you for 10 minutes while continuing to contact you via the phone number you provided us.  If                    
after 10 minutes we are still unable to locate you, we will proceed to our next delivery.  You will                 
still be held responsible for 50% of the rental agreement and we will not held responsible for any              
problems you encounter as a result of our inability to deliver your equipment.
Part B.  The delivery time will be agreed upon by the customer and Livonia Tent Rental LLC.                   
Depending on our scheduling, delivery and/or set-up may occur up to 96 hours before or the                   
date of your event.  Pick-up will occur 1 - 2 days after your event.  The delivery date and time will             
be discussed  prior to your event.  The flexibility of the delivery/set-up date and time allows more             
flexibility for Livonia Tent Rental LLC and the customer due to scheduling issues.
Part C. Delivery fee structure:  We charge a flat delivery / set up fee of $25 on all orders.  This fee
includes delivery and pick up at your event location, as well as set up and removal of the party tents and
any other item requiring set up at your location that is provided by us.  It includes delivery of tables and
chairs under the canopy or placed inside a garage. Customers are responsible for set up and folding of
tables and chairs prior to your scheduled pick up date and time.

Part D.  The dimensions of your requested set-up site must be at least 7 feet wider in each                      
direction to allow for staking of the equipment in place.  In addition, the area must be free from                 
overhead obstructions including trees and wires.  The area must be free from animal excrement,              
vegetation, sharp gravel and be of proper size.  If upon our arrival we determine the area is                     
unsuitable for assembly of the rental equipment due to any of the previously listed conditions or               
any safety issues or if we find the set-up location inaccessible, the customer will be charged 50%             
of the rental fee.  If your are unsure whether or not your site meets the requirements of Part D                 
or any other part of this rental policy, the customer should call Livonia Tent Rental LLC. and we               
will provide you with a free site inspection prior to your event date.  During our free inspection, we            
may explain to you which conditions of your event location do not meet our requirements.  Site                 
inspection is free inside our local delivery area.  If the customer orders a canopy from us and on              
the delivery date we find that the desired area is too small or their are overhead obstructions that            
make it impossible or unsafe to place the tent, and the customer did not accept our site                            
inspection, the customer will be billed 50% of the total fee of the ordered tent.
12.      Pricing:  All prices on this site are for residential parties.  Any large events or events that are       
           open to the public may incur additional charges.
13.      Return of Tables and Chairs:  After your event, you are responsible to fold all tables and           
           chairs and place them neatly under the canopy or location delivered to await our pick-up.              
           Under no circumstance is the customer permitted to disassemble any part of the rental                  
           tent, sidewalls or lighting. If we find any  part of section 13 of this rental agreement was                  
           violated the customer will be charged a $20 disassembly fee.

Prices are subject to change at any time.  You will not be responsible for price changes made after
placing your order.
